Here are some diet tips if you want to lose weight successfully!!!
~ Drink at least 2 liters of water a day, 3 is even better! It’s good for your skin, hair, body - basically everything.
~ Before eating take 15 deep breaths.
~ Eat 5 - 6 times a day. Instead of eating 3 big dishes, try eating several mini-meals a day.
~ Eat a good, healthy breakfast! I would recommend oatmeal, fruits, egg whites.
~ Eat more fruits and vegetables!
~ Eat more of green, foods such as broccoli, lettuce. Basically leafy salads.
~ Cut out sugar, salt, vinegar, alcohol, caffeine, drugs.
~ Try to avoid foods like pasta, pizza and such, it’s very important if you want to loss weight.
~ Avoid eating food after 7 pm and especially before going to bed.
~ Be physically active. Don’t just sit there waiting to become skinny. You should exercise for at least 5 times a week.
~ Be positively minded, believe that you can do it and go for it!
